Terms and conditions of Madhur Utsav Contest

The contest is open only for residents of India and subject to the following terms:

The contest will commence on 5th September and will be open for entries and end on 7th November 2024 11:59pm. The contest will be conducted for festive occasions of Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri and Diwali 2024.

The Contest will be conducted on Madhur Sugar Official Instagram Page.

1. The participant must follow Madhur Sugar on their social media handles. (Instagram)
2. It is mandatory that the participant tags the Madhur Sugar social media handles while sending the entry for the contest: @madhursugarofficial
3. No obscenity, foul language or offensive content will be allowed.
4. Madhur Sugar can disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
5. Disqualification will be at discretion of the brand
6. The participant tagging Madhur Sugar agrees to let the brand re-post their entries on its digital platforms. The brand shall not be responsible or liable for any entries tagged by the public.
7. The participant agrees to give consent to the brand to repost & use the entries uploaded by them by participating in the contest
8. Madhur Sugar maintains the right to withdraw the contest, without prior notice to the participants.
9. The brand reserves the right to modify and/or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the contest.
10. The brand will not bear any costs occurring out of this contest.
11. The gratification for the contest includes:
    - 3 winners will be selected from the contest who wins an iPAD 10th Generation worth INR 34,900 (on amazon.in)
    - 20 runner up winners will be selected from the contest who win Amazon voucher worth INR 500/- each
12. The criteria for selecting winner: The participant must garner/get most number of shares on their entry post which has been posted adhering to the guidelines. The participant with the highest number of shares would be announced as the mega winner of the contest who is eligible to win the iPAD 10th Generation worth INR 34,900 on amazon.in. Other runner ups of the contest would win amazon voucher worth INR 500
13. Winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of the jury at Madhur Sugar. The brand is not bound to offer any clarifications or justifications on the selection of the declared winners.
14. Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction at the discretion of the brand.
15. The gratification cannot be exchanged for any cash prize or any other form of gratification
16. The brand will reach out to the winner of the contest within 8-weeks of the contest being closed.
17. The winner of the contest is required to share the relevant information required by the brand to process the gratification. In the event that the winner fails to do so within 30 days of the announcement, the gratification shall no longer be valid and the winner is not entitled to claim the same at any time in the future.
