Panna

1 raw green mango
1½ cups Madhur refined sugar
A pinch of nutmeg
¼ tsp saffron strands
½ tsp cardamom powder

Peel and chop the mango into chunks.
Combine the mango, Madhur refined sugar and nutmeg.
Boil till the mango is soft. Cool.
Blend in a mixie till smooth. Sieve.
Add the cardamom and saffron.
As and when required add a tablespoon or more to a glass of chilled water, mix well and serve.
