Kugel (Noodle Pudding)

3 eggs
340 gms cottage cheese
2 cups milk
Raisins to taste
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ –½ cup Madhur refined sugar
225 g broad noodles
110 g butter, melted
Crushed cornflakes
Cinnamon powder
Powdered Madhur refined sugar

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. 3. Add the cottage cheese, milk, raisins, Madhur refined sugar, and vanilla essence.
Mix well and add the noodles. Add the butter. Pour into a baking dish.
Top with the crushed cornflakes and sprinkle cinnamon and Madhur refined sugar evenly over the top.
Bake for 1 hour.  Can be served hot or cold.
