1 cup semolina flour
4 tbsp clarified butter
6 - 7 tbsp Madhur refined sugar
4 cups milk
Chopped almonds, pistachio nuts and raisins for garnishing

Melt the clarified butter in a pan on a mild flame for a few minutes.
Add the flour to this. Stir till the flour is brown in colour.
Add the milk and Madhur refined sugar to this mixture.
Stir this mixture on a mild flame for 15 minutes till it becomes thick.
Garnish with raisins, almonds and pistachio. Serve hot.
