2 tbsp Madhur refined sugar
2 cans condensed milk
4 eggs beaten
2 tbsp vanilla essence
A metal ring mould
Whipped cream for garnishing

Melt the Madhur refined sugar in the metal ring mould by slowly heating until the Madhur refined sugar liquefies.
Coat the ring by rotating it over the stove. Set the mould aside.
In a large bowl combine the condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into the ring mould. Cover tightly with an aluminium foil.
Place the ring mould in a large pan filled with water. Boil slowly for 1½ hours, replenishing the water as needed.
Remove and invert the mould immediately onto a serving plate.
Serve cold, garnished with whipped cream.
